Welcome to White Lotus Counselling
At White Lotus Counselling, I offer authentic and relational therapy sessions tailored to meet your unique needs. My approach focuses on your resources and empowerment, aiming to improve how you relate to yourself and others in your life. I am committed to helping you recognize and harness the tools and resources you already possess, while also introducing new techniques to enhance your personal growth.

I’m an experienced and compassionate therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through their mental health journeys. With over 15 years in social services and extensive experience in both the US and Australia, my practice is built on a foundation of empathy, professionalism, and evidence-based interventions.

I am currently a Level 4 (the highest) registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association. I am in the College of Clinical Counsellors, Family Therapy, Alcohol & Other Drugs, and Clinical Supervisors meaning that I have specialised training in all the aforementioned.

My work spans diverse areas such as women's issues, family and domestic violence, intergenerational trauma, and more. I am skilled in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy.
